My family loves watching TV shows and movies together, but it easily becomes like a wormhole for me.
I’m not going to watch any TV, movies, or YouTube (sans tutorials) for the next month.
That’s my new challenge.
Maybe I’ll add a couple more things to it, but starting today, I’m holding myself accountable to that.
